  The view that we had and every thing that we did was close. The staff was great in helping us get around. The Manager Christopher Sullivan was so great.I made a mistake on booking the room. When he found out why I was there. He gave us a upgrade plus a great deal on the room. He said That he wanted us to have a great time. This was a gift to me f... hva folk sier » rom my Husband for being done with cancer treatment. I would come back again and stay. Thank you again Christopher. - Excellent location, no need for a car. The staff were friendly and the bar in the basement came in handy every evening for a beer (or two) before bed. Great view from bedroom window. Good location for shops, restaurants, bars, etc..... everything you expect on a city break. Would definately stay here again.

  The bedroom and bathroom furnishings are luxurious and very comfortable; well light hallways and rooms; very beautiful and graceful main floor--true to period; excellent and well trained staff; awesome food; the town car service is awesome especially since I was traveling with my elderly mom who could not walk great distances (my mom felt very pos... hva folk sier » h); the ability to visit the ballrooms, etc. to learn about the history of the original hotel from the turn of the 20th century. Close to down town sh - I'm very angry at letsbookhotel.com for giving me a room in the tower which I asked specifically not to be put in. I asked for the hotel for a special gift for my friend for her 50th bd get-together. I was so sad that what we got was a large, uninteresting room for the price I thought I was paying for the beautiful Supreme Deluxe room in the hotel that I'd asked for. Not the tower.
