Good hotel. Very clean, the included breakfast was nice, enough selection for all 4 of us to eat what we felt like. We got there a little early ( a little after 2) and they were very accommodating about checking us in early. We were up on the fifth floor, so even though it's on a busy street we didn't have traffic noise. -

The staff was great from check in to check out. Jessica at the Front Desk was quick, very knowledgeable about the area, very friendly and professional. The rooms were spotless, bed was amazingly comfortable, housekeeping was friendly and thorough.

The Spa was excellent and personnel very professional. We enjoyed the
upgrade to the suite.
The concierge was very helpful as was the front desk. When I had left my hat (Howard) they did find it and I was able to later pick it up. Much appreciated.
Enjoyed lunch and coffee in the lobby areas.

It's wonderful experience! My wife and daughter enjoyed their stay and become friends with the staff. They also provide very useful sugguestions to tourism visitor like us. My wife found her necklace lost when we got back Vancouver. The surprise is, the staff found it in the room and will send it to us! They are awesome! Taking into consideration

This hotel is 5 minutes from where my daughter and her husband live so it's very convenient. The rooms are very comfortable and my daughter and I enjoyed a fun spa night in my room with yummy room service! Great Stay and I'll be back.

We travel extensively as a family and the Olympic Fairmont Hotel would have to be one of the best hotels we have stay in. The reception staff person was most welcoming. The immediate offer of beverage and fresh baked cookies made it feel very warm and friendly. The exercise room was certainly adequate for my needs although an upright exercise cycle would have been appreciated.
