Maintenance came directly to the room to show us how to use the shower and light the pilot lights for the fireplaces. It was quick service. Not having internet in the room was not as bad as I thought. The hotel has a good spa and good food (we visited the Bar Grill) with very friendly service. Parking underneath the building with easy access. Very green mountainous location especially the small road towards Bryce Canyon and Cedar breaks Monument.
