  Downton pleasant, very Clean, Nice buildings. Area around market square very walkable. The bridge and chapman highway seem to be undergoing a big transformation, long needed. - Very nice and comfortable hotel, and we didnt have to drive after seeing an incredible show downtown.

  Loved the location and the fact that we were in the mountains. The location was great--just a few miles outside of Gatlinburg and not very far to all the sites and attractions of Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. The staff went out of their way to see that we had what we needed, including a waitress and chef that more than accommodated my special reques... hva folk sier » ts needed for dietary purposes. Lots to do just on the resort grounds so you don't even have to wander off property if you just want to relax. - We like that we could visit here & had all we needed right on spot, didn't have to bring anything from town. We like that as a couple we were able to go out that evening & enjoy other couples socializing at the bar & had the restaurant on site. We also like that when we decide to come back we can also bring our daughter & she will be occupied with activities to do for her own age. Beautiful place, loved it, can't wait to come back!

  I stay in hotels frequently for work but typically they are higher end. I was surprised to see some of the higher end details such as how they folded the towels in a moderate priced hotel. The furnishings were not very new however the room itself with neat and clean. There were many families staying here are as it was near the Thanksgiving holiday... hva folk sier » . I was pleasantly surprised and will stay there again if need arises when I'm on the road to visit family. - The large room was great and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
