  The Sheraton had not received our reservation from letsbookhotel.com, but the woman at the desk handled everything quickly and was very friendly. She honored our promised rate and got us in a room early. Also, the night desk workers and valets helped me get medicine late at night when my fiance got sick.   Due to a last-minute cancellation elsewhere, we were lucky enough to find a room for 5 people at The Hilton Nashville. The staff at this hotel, from front desk to housekeeping, all had amazing customer service skills. They were all professional, polite and probably some of the nicest staff I have ever dealt with in a hotel.
