The large bedroom and oversized king bed. THe bathrooms were well
equipped with blow dryer and various sundries. The decor is consistent

Well run by friendly and helpful people. The building is a bit weathered but everything is neat, clean and comfortable. I was without a car but luckily Newport, beaches and restaurants are all within walking distance.

My room was exactly what I reserved, quiet and away from elevators. The staff is very professional, knowledgable and friendly. The room is clean and comfortable and the pool, spa and all areas of the hotel is maintained at a high standard. The service from every employee is excellent. This Inn is located very close to the highway, local and beaches at newport, close to a beautiful drive and within a few miles from the Mansions in Bellevue rd. It's set in a park-like property with lots of trees, flowers and lawns and one can see that there is a lot of personal pride involved. Little things, extras, are so nice to be offered,

I had guests from Florida and wished to show them where I had grown up in Newport. There was no way I could have afforded two rooms anywhere else. They were relatively clean, the bed was comfortable and it was a good basic room with refrigerator and microwave. I like the washroom and commode in different areas when getting ready in the morning.

room layout was nice and roomie. Customer service was spot on I came in late and the service was good even for the middle of the night. The moning shift was just as great. I travel there everyother weekend and I will stay here.
