  I stayed for one night. Vehicular access to the hotel was very easy and close to main city expressways. The parking lot was ordinary but access-controllable. Room was clean and stuff regarded their guests with professional courtesy. - The desk staff were extremely courteous and helpful.   We loved the comfort of the king size bed. Having a kitchen gave us the opportunity to cook in or bring back leftovers to reheat in the oven or microwave. My husband could watch TV in the livingroom while I had the TV in the bedroom. - Everyone was wonderful at the AKA. The location was Fantastic!

  The hotel is beautiful, the lobby dome used to be a bank in 1900. Breakfast staff was excellent! We got a good rate with breakfast included with booking. Great location. - downtown location is great. Close to shopping, theaters, historical district and transportation. Hotel staff was friendly and very helpful.

  Chris at the Concierge area is the best hotel concierge I have ever dealt with in 20+ years of extensive travelling around the world. This guy has it down, energy, smile, dedication, fast accurate answers, and frankly was the reason I stayed at this hotel (after a phone call interacting with him).   very nice facility. my first visit and i really didn't spend much time there. would most definitely recommend to friends. - Very clean and comfortable. We never left the room - flying out the next day. Room service very punctual. Good food.
