I had a reservation at Red Roof Inn which they did not honor. The Red
Roof staff was most unhelpful. letsbookhotel.com found us a room at Days Inn.
We were very tired and aggravated. The receptionist match the price of
Red Roof and was very hospitable and empathetic to the situation. -

Old building but hotel has been refurbished superbly. Very nice
bathroom. We were impressed with the large tv, full coffee machine,
large drinks fridge, and a microwave which we've never seen in a
hotel before. Location is excellent to attractions and cafes and
restaurants. Parking right across the street and discounted once
validated by the hotel

Susan on the front desk at night and Natasha on the front desk during
the day. I lost my iphone at a tourist site. A person at site returned
the phone to Rodeway Inn when Natasha was on duty. She accepted it and
put it away. Susan answered when my friend rang the cell phone. This
meant I was able to establish where it was and collect it. I was so very
pleased! Thank you gals! BBFs!

I liked that it was close to the Philadelphia Airport and that it had transportation to get there so I didn't have to use and leave my vehicle at the airport.All and all I think the hotel was clean the people who work there friendly and a good value for the money. -

The hotel was a disaster: no elevator, no pool, no restaurant -- this
was due to Sandy Hurrican from last Nov/Oct. It is now end of May
and these things have not been fixed. I liked their reason to an extent
. . . but by now, should be fixed. -

Very Affordable and convenient location to Downtown Philly. Parking was also free. Staff was very friendly too. Even thou it is situated on Roosevelt Blvd. surprisingly I had a good night sleep. -

The staff here was exceptional. There was a problem with my card when I checked in thanks to a previous hotel that week but the front desk agent was able find a way for me to stay. They were very friendly. The rooms were clean. It was a little dated but still comfortable and the air-conditioning was cold. -

If only all hotels could be like this, I'd be a very happy person : smiling, very helpfull staff - beautiful spacious room with all necessary details - comfortable beds and good shower. We came for one night and we stayed three nights - just perfect. As for breakfast : my husband fell in love with the waffle machine... -
