was fantastic! We surprised our girls at checking when the front desk

The staff were excellent. They went out of their way to provide for us in ways that were not required. For example, they provided us with a free breakfast even though we had not rented a room for which that came packaged. They also provided free internet in our rooms. The staff were very attentive and friendly.

I almost did not book here as the Doubletree we stayed at on the other side of Cleveland the week before was such a disaster in terms of both the facilities and staff - Great relief that this was five steps up from that -

The hotel was fine. Cleveland, too. The Museum of Rock and Roll was amazing. There are not so many tourists coming from Europe, so if you expect a city like Boston, NY, LA, San Francisco you will be upset. -

The staff was so accommodating from the moment we got out of our car at the valet parking! When we walked into our room we loved it. So clean, very comfortable bed and very uniquely decorated. Each and every staff member went out of their way to speak to me and offer assistance. The staff was very professional. We had some trouble with the lock in our room and was sent complimentary cookies and milk. It was wonderful. -
