  I arrived after normal business hours. But, Kris stayed late, kept the lobby open and made sure I had everything I needed upon arrival. She was excellent to deal with and super nice. She even moved me to another room to ensure I had access to their free Wifi. - My friend and I enjoyed the cleaniness of the room and the screened in porch for relax... hva folk sier » ing with a cup of coffee in the mornings and a glass of wine in the evenings with a cigarette.

  Even though it rained and was a dreary weekend, the atmosphere inside the Inn was cosy and warm. There was plenty to do and a variety of places to eat right there and once we parked we didn't have to get out and drive around in the pouring rain to keep ourselves fed and entertained. You could tell everybody felt that way because the staff and guests were friendly and relaxed. - The Grove Park Inn has a spectacular huge entrance with massive fireplaces--looks like the big lodges in National Parks. The old part of the Inn is historic and the setting is lovely in the mountains and on a beautiful golf course. The staff was very friendly and helpful for the most part. The full breakfast buffett is huge and rather expensive but you also can get less expensive food in the shop areas. The grounds are very well kept.

  Awesome, nice, clean rooms. Very great for the cheap price! Breakfast was amazing. Staff very helpful and kind. We will definitely be going back to this resort soon! All trips to Charlotte, we will choose only this hotel in the future! - Hotel was beautiful. The breakfast was delicious.
