This stay was primarily used to have a hot shower in the AM. I am in Durham everyday commuted from Harnett county, but had a shutdown scheduled for Tuesday at 4AM. My first night there, my airconditioner did not work. I reported it the next morning, when I returned that day, a brand new wall unit had been placed. They fixed the problem quickly, efficiently, and with a smile. I have to return next month for two more weeks of training. I know where I will be staying! Thank you Brookwood Inn!

Breakfast was quite good. Staff was excellent. Shuttle service within 5 miles a spectacular perk. Clean room with frig. ,microwave , free wi-fi, flat screen tv,and clean equipped bathroom. They have coffee and tea around the clock and fresh cookies every evening. This was an A+

Your staff was very friendly and helpful. We asked about dinner options for Italian food, they not only gave us a menu for the restaurant but 2 free dessert coupons. Food was fantastic. Hotel was clean, comfortable and we would recommend it to others. -
