My first night there, my airconditioner did not work. I reported it the next morning, when I returned that day, a brand new wall unit had been placed. They fixed the problem quickly, efficiently, and with a smile. I have to return next month for two more weeks of training. I know where I will be staying! Thank you Brookwood Inn!

Very clean, front desk staff was very helpful and professional, the shower was persnikidy at times with controlling with temp. Very peaceful many times in a d out of hotel and only passes one person in the elevator. Breakfast was good if your an early riser. -

First thing I noticed was a well lit parking lot. Next was Fast friendly reception on arrival. Quick registration. Rooms and beds clean without bugs or smells. Lots of places to put your things other than the floor. Waffle maker huge hit with the kids. Lots of other breakfast choices, hot and cold. Easy check out. Would stay again. -

The hotel was very clean, up to date and inviting. We stayed for 3
nights in Asheville to visit the Biltmore House and visit a friend. The
continental breakfast was very good and had plenty of choices. The beds
were super comfortable, shower was nice and had plenty of hot water.
Floors were clean, and I didn't feel like it had to wear flip flops
in the room. The staff members were super friendly and very informative.
