  I have stayed in around 20 different yha hostels in the world and this is the best I have ever stayed in. Excellent security ( all points of entry are covered including your dormitory!! Believe me, not all hostels offer that). State of the art kitchen (huge with all equipment you can dream of like smoothie blenders), regularly cleaned by hostel st... hva folk sier » aff, clean bathrooms, but most of all excellent atmosphere with lots and lots of solo travellers. So if you are looking for company, you are bound to - Located a short walk to upper broadway which is jam packed full of everything u could ask for. Everything !! short walk to the #1 subway line which takes u all the way down to battery park. There are housing projects directly behind thebuilding, but there was no trouble at all & that just added to the whole atmosphere of staying in ny. They put on several events on each day & night so u get to meet a lot of other travelers & explore in a group. There is an outlet & little shelf

  Everything the place was perfect..the owners were the most genuine people I've met in the industry on my visit so far around the states..they were so helpful you honestly couldn't ask for more.. nice quiet surroundings felt like I was at home!.... no seriously guys in 46 and thus hostel was for everyone ..facilities were great and shopping center ... hva folk sier » just around the corner you were aloud to bring a beer back and sit on the porch awrsomeeere would highly recommend!!! - Couple running it could not have been more helpful; gave lots of info re visiting the Falls, personally collected and took me back to the rather bleak station, explained the house very well, were really friendly without being 'in your face'. Convenient for visiting the Falls.

  near all the things ,monuments,museums ,that we must visit - It was close to Broadway and Manhattan so I liked that.

  very fun place, safe, cool people!!! not far from the subway - Pretty place and very sociable. We had free drinks and BBQ on the roof the night I stayed. Nice mix of people, mostly young.
