  I thought the hotel was excellent. I have visited New York many times on business but this time I was travelling with my wife and teenage children who had not visited New York before. The hotel rooms were excellent and were clean, comfortable and looked just like the hotel photos. We were upgraded from a family room to a suite and it was excellent... hva folk sier » . It was by far the best hotel I have stayed at in New York and would be happy to recommend. It is also conveniently located. - The staff is very courteous, friendly, helpful. The concierge is very well informed, and knowledgeable with all kinds of restaurants; from raw vegan to the top steakhouses in the city. The house car is a plus. The location is perfect; a walking distance to anything you could think of!

Wehave stayed at several other trendy 4 star hotels in the area and thiswas far better than any of those! As a plus they offered Freecomputer/printer/internet use. Our apartment was huge and was modern andstylish as well! We will be bringing our 3 girls to ny and will stayhere again!

  We stayed August 6-8 for my husbands 70 th birthday my friends called and wanted to come up and join us as a surprise. When they called ( twice) they were told we were not registered at all in the Inn !!!??? So they didn't book the 2 nights they were planning to join us.   We rented the "carriage house" lower floor, for three days in August. We did it short notice and knew we'd have great weather. The Carriage house is large, but not on the water. There was so much space though that it was worth not being right on the water (we rented a boat and had jet skis so it we'd had enough by 4pm every day). Extremely easy to launch jet skis or boat right from their own facilities, which was - The location of the Sun Castle Resort is superb. Our townhouse had a direct view of the lake from the balcony and many of the rooms. The resort also has a pool and a small lake-front beach. It was perfect for what we were looking for. The resort is located a few miles from Lake George Village, and it is thus early to go into town and back by car. The townhouse was very well appointed and clean. This was a great find for us.
