  Location was quiet, but close enough to all activitys very convient. Beds very comfortable, room large and a good value for people on budget. Pool was great. - Location is central to the places we want to visit. Rooms are clean. Motel grounds are well kept. Staff polite and helpful.

  Absolutely superb experience at this motel- it is family run and operated and the family really wants to make their customers happy. Not only do they offer free shuttle to and from the falls (saving $20 to $40 on parking per trip....seriously...it's $15 frigging dollars to park at the falls!!) but every experience that we had with them- from the f... hva folk sier » ree continental breakfast to the recommendations on things to do around town were 4 star worthy!! I almost never write reviews like this- but in this - Good value for dollar considering it was Niagara Falls - surprisingly expensive all things considered. Hotel stating they offered breakfast is a joke - seriously, don't even mention it - it is more truthful. That said, extremely convenient location to Falls. Room was acceptably clean with hot water and basic bathroom amenities. Bed was good. Relatively quiet. All in all, a decent hotel with convenient parking.
