  excellent quality of service and materials, windows and bed - the rooms were very nice, comfortable, clean and well appointed, and not small like many NYC hotel rooms - actually quite roomy.   I checked into Grand Hyatt in Dec2013. I was pleasantly surprised by how big the rooms are; at least, twice as big as any other hotel that I have stayed in for a price around $400. The rooms are extremely good in terms of maintenance and all the facilities that you would expect of Hyatt. Lobby included coffee shop and snack area . Nice bar area . We didn't use the restaurent or breakfast facilities preferring to eat out .

  For 79 dollars I did not expect much, but actually the room was fine. Clean and somewhat updated. Large flat-screen and tons of channels. I have paid double and the rooms are no better. Also, plenty of free parking. - Front reception Elisabeth was a God send when I had problems with my reservations and later locked my keys in the car.

  Sentralt - The quietness. Like a retreat. Great food. - Staff were courteous and efficient. Checked in early but no rooms were available, they said they would call me when I could go to the room. They did. The room I got I didn't like (close to elevator door and TV not straight in from of bed). They upgraded me to quieter corner room.

  This hotel is absolutely wonderful- a breath of fresh air. From the time we arrived early to the time we checked out the entire stay was so easy. We were surprised how close we were to the theater district.

  Great Staff. I mean just the nicest front desk personnel. Not a luxury hotel but so clean, and great for business travel. Also, free internet computers available in the business center. Very good American buffet breakfast (bacon, sausage, real scrambled eggs... All part of the price of the room!). It even takes you the - The staff was amazingly friendly and accommodating. Breakfast hot/cold buffet was good quality and good choice. The rooms with single cup brew was hygenic and convinient. Having a fridge and microwave was a plus even though the stay was not long enough to need it.
