  Clean, quiet rooms were good for sleeping; I had booked rooms online; when I checked in, the rooms reserved were not the ones I had booked. The staff very professionally changed the rooms to the ones I had booked. Very good experience: attentive, friendly, helpful staff. - Staff very helpful. Some of the best I've ever had in a hotel.

  We could walk to Old Market and many other points of interest nearby. Staff was very approachable and very friendly.
