  Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was old but clean. Shower was refreshing and the pressure was good. The room was cool when I entered and was comfortable throughout the night. I did not have the chance to use the pool but the option to have indoor and outdoor choices was great. - Only a 2 night stay but most enjoyable.   The rooms were beautiful and very spacious. The staff was incredibly friendly/professional. They made me feel welcomed the minute I stepped my foot in the hotel. We were there to visit Salem and it was a very short drive to Salem. The free breakfast was actually very nicely done. I plan on visiting Salem again next year and will definitely book with Springhill Suites again! - Staff was great...we left our Iphone & they immediately contacted us & shipped it back (at our cost of course). They were very accomodating & the breakfast buffet was very good with lots of choices. Coffee avail 24/7. Great pool & fitness center. Rooms were clean & very comfortable.

  Very accommodating staff - Located in a quiet side road. Ideal to go shoping by foot. Nice stores (also grocery) close by. As for the rooms it seems to depend on which room you get: I was located 1 block away from Copley House and enjoyed the suite very much.

  The apartment was very clean, it was spacious, it had everything we needed and more. I loved that we had 2 full baths, that we got extra towels and extra pillows. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the private balcony. The maid service was excellent. It made for a very relaxing vacation.   Good location, excellent concierge staff, didn't go to the pool/gym area so unable to comment. It suited it's purpose - we have 4 kids and it was cheaper to rent this apartment than pay out for 3 hotel rooms which we had originally booked.
