  The staff was SUPER accommodating and VERY friendly and efficient. The lcoation was within walking distance of most shops and restaurants in Hyannis. I was impressed with the swiftness and efficiency displayed by all staff members. The value is the main reason I stayed, but it's not the reason I will come back. Location and staff. Breakfast was included and ample. wifi free! Rooms were large and comfortable . Location excellent, we walked everywhere. They even stored our bags when we left for a few days to the islands. We will be back!

The location for touring Cape Cod is excellent, on one of the principal roads but with the least traffic, and for those who stay a few da - The backyard and frontyard are gorgeous. We were able to sit outside and relax often. The location is also pretty good. Less than a minute drive to a bank and ice creamery. There is also a cute convience store and alcohol store less than a walk away. The owner is also great. He was able to give us directions to the best route up the cape. We basically got to see everything we needed to see because of his directions! No gps needed. The breakfast is also delicious. We did not want to leave this p
