I loved how friendly and helpful the staff were, the complimentary breakfast was delicious. Our room was updated,modern and clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were awesome! Our group enjoyed the local pub too! -

I read reviews that this was an ok hotel because of the location. But I really don't see the problem. You have access to -
Being right in the airport is the sole reason for spending $300 for one
(short)night's sleep. I was able to print my boarding pass at the
computer station in the lobby. It made a huge difference to be able to
turn in the rental car the night before, take the shuttle to the Hilton,
and have a clean comfortable room in which to relax before our morning
flights. Our window had a great view of brightly lit Boston- which for
us was a treat. Room service was very quick and the server was very
pleasan

I think it was within average price for most bed and breakfast locations around the area. The staff was professional and accommodating. The amenities were
perfect. The atmosphere was great. The location was perfect for us. The
bed was comfortable. The corner room was an added plus, with windows on
both sides. And, the desk clerk put us on the quieter side of the hotel,
which was a lovely gesture. We will stay there again. -

They have a shuttle bus to the subway station which was great and the Receptionist and Driver were kind enough to arrange a pick up for us (7 people) at a different time than the one scheduled. This was a great perk as my son (6 year old) was really tired of walking all day long.

Hotel 140 is located only a 5-minute walk from the rear exit of Back Bay Railroad Station. Upon arrival I had taken the train from Springfield, MA. I followed the drive where the local buses pull into Back Bay Station right out to Clarendon Street and bore left. I had just a half-block walk from that point to the front entrance of the hotel. You get exactly what you expect from Best Western. Friendly staff & clean comfortable rooms at a reasonable price. This hotel is also reasonably close to several different shopping outlets if that's of interest.
