Bathroom was old but clean. Shower was refreshing and the pressure was good.
The room was cool when I entered and was comfortable throughout the night.

It is in an excellent location.mexican and italian restaurant next door and shopping centre right across the rd . The hotel room was very large and comfortable and clean . The staff were very pleasant and helpful . Breakfast was included and was perfect for first thing in the morning. If I was to stay in boston again I would stay in this hotel .

Staff - You could tell that everyone on the staff was really trying to please. Even during the Boston terrorism, they were still upbeat and friendly. Even cleaning staff and other non-front desk staff really tried to be polite and friendly.

The Staff were all very helpful and pleasant, we were at the Hotel during the recent Blizzard, the roads were shut down for one day during which the Hotel provided free evening meal and breakfast also dug out our cars from the snow the next day, the rooms are large and comfortable and the furnishings were excellent,nice bar with reasonable prices,

The staff at the Abassador was friendly and very accommodating. They were helpful when we needed to make some copies from an email. The towels and pillows were plentiful. -

It was a short one night stay, Everything was fine and we were centrally located to "north of Boston". We were in Boston for a family wedding then hung around a few more days. I would have returned for those days but we found a hotel for less and a little closer to Cape Ann. -
