The hotel went through a major renovation, so the hallways, rooms, and facilities are brand new. A very reasonable breakfast included in the rate. There's also a shopping plaza across the street, so the kitchenette comes in handy. -

My entire party had a BLAST. Every member of our group LOVED your suites. Really loved the fact that the pool was truly heated. The staff was WONDERFUL, as well as the room. The free laundry was so thoughtful ! Can't wait to visit u again ;D -

The hotel was situated by the waterfront, next to an excellent sea food restaurant, and the staff was excellent. I misplaced my GPS and one of the workers found it and returned it to me. That is not only excellent service--it is, in this time and place, worthy of highest praise. -

I was attending the Marc Anthony concert at the Allstate Arena, the hotel is literally a four minute walk to the arena.Perfect location if you are attending a concert. No traffic jam, no hassles. I appreciated the lovely living room with free access to internet and hot beverages!! I also liked the cold filtered water!! Very comfortable beds and excellent location/easy and chep access to airport. - clean, convenient, courteous, reasonably priced, professional, would recommend to anyone travelling to chicago for any time.
