The front desk staff was helpful upon check-in when we asked for advice on how to get to downtown Chicago. The hotel offers a 24-hour shuttle to the airport which was extremely convenient for us. The drivers were friendly and safe, who chatted with us along the way. They are in a great location; many businesses are easily accessible by foot, car, or train.
