Perfect location. Fastest internet I have ever had. Excellent beds. Attentive and friendly staff. "Wine five-o-clock" at the lobby :) Great food at Sable restaurant and impressive cocktails at the bar. We arrived late, at 11 pm when the kitchen at the restaurant was about to close but nevertheless we were served with a great dinner.

The staff was absolutely top-notch, especially the concierge, Rich. After an all-night Megabus trip, we stopped in to stow our luggage until the 3pm check in. They said our room was available immediately, if we would like an early check in (6 hours early at no additional charge). Unheard of! Amazing and gracious. This is my second stay at a Kimpton Hotel. I would be hard pressed to go anywhere else after this lovely experience.

From the lobby we came in to a very modern and friendly atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and always available. Excellent recommendations for tours and very informative. Good things about the room: clean, great shower apart from the bath, the beds, no noise. Good things about the hotel: at night great lighteffects, good bar, nice personnel, luxury looks.
Good things about neighbourhood of the hotel: lots of restaurants(also for breakfast) and bars around, in the middle of the most important shopping area, lots of interesting things to see and to do (for exemple boattour, musea) on a walking distance.

The location was perfect!! Near the end of the loop and all the shopping. The Roof bar was a perfect place to start a night out. Then a very short walk to Hubbard Street where there was a ton of other bars and night life!! Try the chicken and waffles in the restaurant, they weren't Roscoe's but the ran a very close second!! -
