  The location is on the newly updated Rosemont strip. I did not rent a car and was able to get to the Entertainment district just 1 mile up the road. Safe for pedestrians to walk with sidewalks and police crossing. Music, restaurants, bars, movie theater, mall with food court all within 1 mile. Clean and safe location. The room was modern updated w... hva folk sier » ith a comfortable mattress, friendly and accommodating staff. Bar and restaurant on site if you wanted to stay indoors. Clean pool area for the family - People was friendly and we were hungry and gave us a number to call for food which was delicious. It was late at night so this place stays open until 4:00 a.m. so it was perfect. The hotel was nice and clean. The room was nice also. We only stay for the night but it was pleasant and we slept comfortable.

  I'm always happy when I stay at a Westin. The staff at the Westin Northwest was very helpful and nice. I ended up over sleeping and had to scramble down for breakfast and got there 2 minutes before it closed and the staff in the resturant was so helpful, gathering my drinks while I put food in a to go container so that I could bring it back to my ... hva folk sier » room. The hotel room was spotless and I had plenty of towels in my room from the start. - we got off to a late start from minneapolis to chicago, gave them a call about the late check-in loved the fact it was no problem! we checked in at 1a.m. stressfree! it was so comfortable we all were very well rested for our big weekend!

  The location was good and the price was acceptable. The staff was very helpful with directing us to restaurants and off site areas. The restaurant sheet was extremely helpful. - easy parking, easy in and out, comfortable room..super friendly staff!

  Beautiful hotel, not quite as perfect as it looked in pictures. But we also didn't look around a whole lot. Reasonably priced! Some staff were very helpful! - Morning coffee in the lobby. Overall value, comfort and cleanliness. No pets allowed

  I loved the unit we stayed in (2 bedroom villa) and enjoyed using the fireplace and jacuzzi tub. The resorts pool was nice as well. It could have been a little warmer, but I love really warm pools.
