The Hilton reservation clerk was extremely nice and helpful She called booking .com who acknowledged their error and I got my room.   We had an entirely positive experience when we stayed at the Ramada Groton/Mystic. The moment we walked in we were warmly greeted by the front desk. Check in was a breeze...The room was clean, comfortable and inviting. The restaurant attached was delicious - the pool and spa were crystal clear and very clean. An overall excellent experience, - Registration was easy; front desk staff were pleasant and accomodating.
