  The rate online was very competitive for a city stay. They provided complimentary bottled water and cookies in the afternoon. As a guest, you get a discount at the adjoining cafe, which providing a convenient breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They held my bags at the front desk after I checked out, while I got my rental car. The... hva folk sier » y also found some belongings that I inadvertently left behind and made sure that I got them. The location can't be beat, right in the heart of the Cit - Ideally situated for everything. In Union Square in 2 minutes and easy access to all forms of transport. Staff were friendly and helpful and the diner next door excellent. Everything on the doorstep. Being in the city centre meant it was noisy at night but earplugs were provided. We slept very well without resorting to them. Very happy with it all and thoroughly recommend the hotel.

  There is no negative thing i would mention. The room was new and clean. Breakfest ok. Really good position of the hotel is just perfect (about 10min to the Town Hall)! The park place is small but all the guests found a place while we were there. And finally yes, there are some homeless people arround the hotel, but we didn´t feel uncomfortable or... hva folk sier » unsafety at all. We would recommend this hotel mainly for young people and travellers. - Close to our destination - walking distance. The staff was very helpful. Gave us walking instructions to our intended destination. Also pointed out alternate transportation solutions and approximate costs.
