  The gentleman who checked us in on the evening of September 13th--sorry I think his name started with a K, was very helpful and friendly as was Jennifer who checked us out. Shuttle to downtown was a very nice perk! - The hotel was close to the Clinton Library. The clerk upgraded our room to a king suite at no extra charge.   Customer service very good. Facilities in the hotel were also good with an indoor pool and a spa bath (although I didn't try either). - Clean and very comfortable. Staff knowledgeable & helpful.

  I made a mistake and booked a one bed room so when I got to the motel, they changed it for me to a double bed at no charge which was very nice... The indoor pool was very warm and overall had a great stay. - Staff was efficient and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.
