  The gentleman who checked us in on the evening of September 13th--sorry I think his name started with a K, was very helpful and friendly as was Jennifer who checked us out. Shuttle to downtown was a very nice perk! - The hotel was close to the Clinton Library. The clerk upgraded our room to a king suite at no extra charge.   The room was very clean and it smelled really good. It was close to all sorts of things. - Rooms are clean, updated, like drinking champagne on a beerbudget! All staff are GREAT!

  Customer service very good. Facilities in the hotel were also good with an indoor pool and a spa bath (although I didn't try either). - Clean and very comfortable. Staff knowledgeable & helpful.

  Amazingly sweet and funny lady at the front desk - and we got an upgrade. The hotel is rather plain, but has what you need. A bit old and could be cleaner, but the sheets and toilet and so on are clean and nice. So everything was fine! - I loved my stay. The price was better than perfect.
