  There was mis-communication between the check in reception and me. I was not happy with him but when I returned to my room I found that the manager had called and we were upgraded for our inconvenience.   I loved the housekeeping staff...rooms very clean and they were more that willing to be helpful...front desk as well. The restaurants are wonderful...again service is great! - My husband and I had a wonderful time. Biked, hiked, played tennis, and went for a swim. We will be back for sure! Great suite-comfy bed!
