  Arived in Chicago on a bitter cold evening -- airport transportation prompt & friendly. Hotel itself, warm & welcoming. Wonderful, helpful staff. Enjoyed a great meal right in the hotel, didn't have to go out in the snowy night. Perfect start to a week long visit, after a tiring flight.   Amenities in the room were excellent. I particularly liked the sleep number bed and the aromatherapy "relaxation kit". - The room was comfortable. The restaurant was convenient with good food. I like that breakfast was included.
