It only took us about 7 minutes to do the whole check in process. Our
Front Desk clerk was so friendly, she immediately engaged me in a
conversation about where I was from and informed me of the function they
were having the next day for 4th of July. The room were immaculate, and

Our visit was awesome, the staff at Sheraton was wonderful. To be honest I was a little concerned about the hotel before we got there, but it was great. The room looked just like the picture that we saw on the internet. I have already recommended this site, letsbookhotel.com, to several of my friends that will be traveling this summer. I will definitely use in the future both letsbookhotel.com and Sheraton.

Excellent place to stay when going on cruises, or staying for a holiday. Hotel staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and the location for those without transport is very good. Happy hour during the week is a good way of making new friends during the stay. All in all a great place to stay. -

We could say everything, the location was quiet, few places to eat at walking distance, the breakfast was not like a buffet on a big hotel, but the food was very good and it has choices for all tastes (enough choices in my opinion), the room was very nice, clean, comfy and quite big, the staff was at all times very kind and helpful (thing that is

Hotel was an excellent price. Great location for shopping,golf,eating (breakfast was included) and beaches. In the middle of West Palm area and then south to Miami. Hotel was clean, staff was helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay at The Hyatt Place/Plantation again.

I liked the entrance and open lobby. I liked that the elevators are
right next to the front desk and you don't have to drag your bags
any further. I liked the double doors to our suite. It made us feel we
were having a grand entrance. I liked the size of the room and the

The hotel staff were 'very friendly' and helpful! They responded
quickly to any questions that I had! For example 'front desk'
assisted me with driving instructions on my ipad which was very helpful!
I felt safe and secure at the hotel! It was in an excellent location
near multiple 'Shopping Malls' and good restaurants! The showers
were 'unbelievable'! Can you say, 'Hot Water'! Lol. All
in all I enjoyed my short stay at Holiday Inn Express!

It was in a good location. The staff was very nice. The free breakfast and Wi-fi was also a plus. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. I requested a non-smoking room and that is what I got. The AC worked well and I will stay here again. -
