  Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Hotel is really clean and with a nice odour. Location of the hotel is amazing especially the view from the top levels is marvellous. Upon arrival staff provided my whole family super delicious chocolate chip cookies are they were free and available all the time on ur demand. The staff was professional, courteous, and insanely helpful. Housekeeping was friendly and punctual. The warm cookies were a bonus. Room size, bed linens, and shower were all good where most hotels are bad. The shuttle, the shuttle, oh and did I mention the shuttle?

  Staff were wonderful. Especially Jenn the manager on duty who checked us in. There had been a problem with out booking via letsbookhotel.com and we were a bit freaked out that we wouldnt have rooms but she reassured us.. Told us to help ourselves to tea/coffee and fixed it really quickly and with a smile! Very helpful. The rooms were lovely-clean,... hva folk sier » comfortable, great showers. Free tea and coffee jn the lobby and breakfast was great and includes in room rate. - They have a wonderful, friendly staff. I was so happy to see that they wash the comforters; unlike some hotels...The rooms were very clean & the breakfast in the morning was great. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.
