We stayed 4 nights in Sept. The place was very clean inside & outside. Our room was very nice and clean, The location is very good. The breakfast was excellent. A great variety of hot food & other choices, Well worth the money,.

The accommodations were incredible. It was close to all the attractions and in the Smoky Mountains. The staff and services provides were exceptional. We had the most amazing stay.
When we were settled in our room the staff called our room to make sure every thing was to our satisfaction. The room was large & nice. It was a great stay.

didn't like the way it was set up rooms were to far from the office and the breakfast room.
The building was poorly designed. The room was dirty (mold on the
ceiling in the bathroom, mildew in the jets of the tub, hair all over
the bathroom). The bed was hard as bricks. The pillows fell flat as soon
as you laid down on them. The air conditioner didn't cool the room
more than three degrees all night.
