  It is located literally 5 minutes away from the airport and as expected, the neighborhood is a bit industrial, with very little to do, so don't expect any views, but it is ideal for spending the night before a flight. By the way it was really quiet at night, no noise, so we had a good night rest. Their breakfast was at 4 am, which was really nice, since we had an early flight. Very n - The room was updated, clean, comfortable, modern -- so much more than we expected for the price. As an older motel (still cute) we were surprised to enter a room that was so well updated for that price. Nice surprise. The breakfast in the morning was great, nice to have oatmeal. Also the staff were terrific. Great shuttle drivers, super fellow on the desk when we arrived near 1am. All around lovely experience. Highly recommended.

  Front desk service was great. Andy took time out to dismantle the room safe and replace the motor. He always had time for any questions or help. Swimming Pool small but deep enough and great for cooling off.. - Got there early but they let me check in 3 hours before ck in time. Manager and staff were very friendly. Quiet place.   The front desk staff. Specifically Anna she works the 7am-3pm shift. But she was still working the second night I stayed here helping Joey. Both ladies could not have been more helpful and understanding. Finally I find people who are willing to give someone honest like myself a break. Anna trusted me and I did not let her down. (That's everyone from the mgr, desk asst, maid/maintenance.) I am handicapped, and when I was unloading my car, the maid (Liz) stopped her duties to assist me to get my things into my room. And always said hello when I saw her. I come for a 21 day stay (2nd yr) for a conf/other reasons & I know I'll always have a pleasant stay there. I am grateful! Patty

  That the other guesswhile sitting outside on a hot evening were polite enough to keep quiet. Also able to enjoys a small pool party for my 4 yr old with a few friends. I would go again and the first time I drove in I feared for my life from the reviews :-/ I had read but go see for urself and - Linda, the front desk clerk was extremely helpful and allowed us to change rooms after we just checked in and got the toilet plugged up. She also found a remote control for us after we switched rooms without complaining. All in all, it was a very comfortable, cost efficient stay. We were only there one night, but will definitely go back whenever we travel to Phoenix again.
