I loved the rooms they were beautiful. I liked that they gave you free water bottles and eye make remover and bath robes and slippers! I loved that the room had a small backyard where one can relax and drink coffee. It truly ZEN! I also enjoyed the free breakfast they provided! A variety of different things. Beautiful suite. Loved the sound of the moving water just outside our
window in the koi pond. Fire place was lovely. Shower was great. Perfect
place to stay with an infant since the main bedroom and the sitting area
could be seperated by closing the curtains. We used the pool quite a bit
and ate at the poolside restaurant often. The hotel has a real resort
feel in some ways.

The place was very clean, quiet and well run. The owner was very courteous and assisted us with any questions we had about the area. There were many eating places close by with delicious food that weren't overpriced. It was an excellent spot to visit nearby Stanford, stay for a business trip or to visit other sites of interest in Palo Alto. -

Contrary to many critics I found the hotel very quiet and clean. The staff were so helpful, and they treated all of the guests so well. The hotel resides at a central location in the city, and it is easy to walk from the hotel to Stanford University. -
