The locations is superb as it is a 3 minute walk to university avenue where there are superb coffee shops and restaurants and some basic shopping. The staff is friendly. The area around the hotel is set up in a very wonderful way with the gardens and theme decor. When I first booked I thought it was 107.00 per night and I thought this was the rate. Beautiful suite. Loved the sound of the moving water just outside our
window in the koi pond. Fire place was lovely. Shower was great. Perfect
place to stay with an infant since the main bedroom and the sitting area
could be seperated by closing the curtains. We used the pool quite a bit
and ate at the poolside restaurant often. The hotel has a real resort
feel in some ways.

Contrary to many critics I found the hotel very quiet and clean. The staff were so helpful, and they treated all of the guests so well. The hotel resides at a central location in the city, and it is easy to walk from the hotel to Stanford University. -
