I loved the location and the staff. We had one minor problem, couldn't get our hot water to work in our room. The manager immediately upgraded us to another room. Everything we needed was very close to the hotel, food, shopping, the beach, the boardwalk, even a grocery store which is important with small children. I would definatly go back again. location was great. beds and pillows were the best I have ever slept on in any hotel. friendly and helpful staff. pool was great. ice was plentiful. very quiet. outlets were just up the road. many restaurants around and shopping. must go to peppers on stephen decantur rd, best nachos we ever had.
alle vurderinger » I liked my room. I liked the fact that I had a fridge and microwave.I liked the promptness of the staff. [When I had the smell problem.]. It was close to all shopping outlets and restaurants. We were also in walking distance to many amusement areas. Close to the beach, the rooms were clean, well air conditioned, plenty of parking, clean pool. Suites are quite clean and neat. Pool! Parking lot! Fairly close to the beach!. Clean comfortable room. Pool was relaxing and refreshing. It was a nice, spacious room. Nice size room. Pleasant. The price of the room was fair. They supplied us with clean sheets and towels. Nice flat screen TV. Front desk was knowledgeable and helpful!. Pool stays open really late. Hotel has a nice communal feel. Employees are super chill. We stayed in an efficiency room. Was just renovated so it was very clean. Clean pool. Location was good, price was decent. size of the room, price, pool. I did like the distance between the hotel and the beach. Not much traffic. The pool is well maintained. Price is right for a budget at the beach. The location was great. It was a good distance to the beach and local stores. room design seemed A bit backwards. no towel bars or hooks anywhere. I didn't like the faecal smell. I'm assuming that the smell wasn't new. The bathroom door wouldn't shut in our room. Needs upgrades in general.. Very old furniture, stained shower curtain, tv remote not working. Water in some suites is rusty (brown color) and stinks a bit. Nothing. It was great. I have no dislikes. Mold on shower curtain. I didn't like that the air condition wouldn't stay on thought out the night. It made it hard to get comfortable. Would have been nice to have a mini fridge, hair dryer and iron. Some of the furniture was moldy and worn out. Gnarly tile floors. Uncomfortable box spring mattresses. Tacky accessories in the room. Tub was clogged and needed maint. Appliances outdated. Game room is two 80s arcade games and two pool tables. Not one mile from boardwalk. It's was two miles and no sidewalk to walk there. The sizes of the room, the sink and bathtub faucet was old and rusty. could have used a few things in the kitchen i.e. pots/pans. shower head was not very good. The telephone didn't work the entiretime. I had to place a towel under the door because mosquitoes and spiders kept coming underneath. Also, the hot water took two or three mintues to warm up. Thin walls. Could hear party goers coming in late at night. All furniture, sheets, etc is about 40 years old. Pool doesn't open until 10 am which I think is late for a pool at the beach with no lifeguard. Location is not on the Ocean City side of the bridge. air conditioner did not work and they have no maintenance to fix things. The room did not look likethe pictures at all.The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par. There was a faint odor in the room which made me purchase an air freshner from a local store. The towels and wash clothes had stains on them which caused me to purchase some on my own. The kitchen is older than than I am and i'm 53. not to mention its to steps away from the nasty bathroom. The frig was warm, the ice- machine did not work.
