  I found them very friendly at the desk. When we got there there were a group of teenagers staying at the hotel and were very rowdy.with not a lot of supervision.   Nicole at the front desk was a pleasure to deal with. We left our vehicle parked at hotel before catching our flight and she was gracious enough to take our keys and make sure our car was locked. Above and beyond the call of regular duty! She always has a smile on too! - It was close to the Niagara Falls Airport. Easy to get to. They deducted the cost of 1 night's stay from our bill (although we did not ask them for a refund), and moved us to another room due to an electric socket issue. Staff on desk extremely helpful.
