The apartment was warm and comfortable. Reasonable kitchen.
Nothing the whole apartment is a ripe off.
Apartment was clean.

Up four flights of stairs and no elevator so getting luggage upstairs would be a mission for older people
Neither TV remote worked and despite asking for this to be addressed! nothing was done.
The Wifi signal was ok but it was not possible to get internet access.
Parking is a challenge in this area.
Instructions for the apartment need modification as they were incorrect on a number of things including the location of bins to leave garbage....there weren't any!. alle vurderinger

All pic they provided don't shown this apartment the bedding and the funiture are all in backpacker standard and it's provided as a 4 star accommodation on this website. I'm a bussy traveler with min 40 stays a year but that never happend you must stay away.
We needed to change our arrival time and the staff would not help us at
all. The apt is called Central Park north which was misleading as it was
in harlem. Not walking distance at all.
I had to pick up the keys in the other side of the city, with all my bags and stuff, and the staff wasnt available to help me in any way. Then, when I arrived to the appartment, the matrice was broken, and I wasked for help by email, they answered one day after saying that the costumer service will contact me, and they never did. I slept 4 days in a broken matrice.
Stay away from this...
Wifi doesn't work.
Beds very unconfortable.
We suggest to the staff to change the mattress via mail but they didn.t reply.
No cable with no internet.no spare key.Two hours late delivering the
key.when they came to fix the cable and left their garbage from their
lunch on table. They did not fix the cable. The beds work hard like a
rock.I Would not recommend this place to anyone.
