Virtually everything - the rooms were large and had amenities like comfortable chairs, refrigerators, and safes; the breakfasts were exceptional with hot and cold items; the computer center; onsite washer and dryer; daily newspaper; close location to beaches and boardwalk, as well as shopping and restaurants. Oh, and the big bowl of apples left out for guests. Staff is excellent! Especially Tiara in the reseption was really really friendly and helpful! rooms were clean, bed was comfortable. You got everything that you're gonna need in a hotel room. Very close to the outlet and to the asbury train station and wawa is nearby.

There were common areas that could be used at any time of day for socializing or just having a coffee. The hotel is beautiful and very welcoming There customer service is great this was the second time we visit and asked for the same room and they made sure we got it . The breakfast is a plus so is there pool. Pool, friendly housekeeping and reception, easy parking, near enough to beach and six flags, cleanliness, hot breakfasts, instant pancake machine (recipe needs some work but I love the concept), large shower. Great staff, really friendly and very helpful. Rooms very spacious and clean. This hotel should have more stars as it has got everything. Good location. Some of the guests were inconsiderate - let their kids run up and down in the hall early in the morning, slammed doors, etc. Also, a hotel this size should have more than one elevator - it broke down the day we were leaving and we had to lug our bags downstairs ourselves, and we are an older couple. Also, prefer windows that open so you can let in some fresh air. The gym they mention in their ad is only a couple of treadmills and an elliptical machine and free weights. But no stationary bike which seemed a bit odd since they are usually the most simple to use. Nothing. Nothing, it was great. Almost was not able to make it. Did not like the fact that there are no refunds if canceling when going through letsbookhotel.com. Na. Nothing to do with hotel: noisy, inconsiderate guests. Sad that security was needed indeed. Toilet seat was coming half-way off and I forgot to tell the desk. Being rushed out of breakfast area. Nothing given the cost-grade the hotel is in. The Wi-Fi was very slow or stopped working sometimes. Nothing. A little pricey but this is the busy season. Breakfast could have been better. Air conditioner was a bit loud. Our room was right next to the maids room and breakfast spot It was noisy and lots of traffic in the hallway.
