  The city and the many homes we visited were wonderful. The Hampton has a great location which made it very convient to restaurants, the Mississippi River, and the beautiful old homes of the area. - Very clean and in very good condition. Great staff, great view of the Mississippi River, great breakfast... Excellent!

  We booked through a 3rd party source and our reservation said a king room with sitting area. It was more like a 2 room suite on the 3rd floor in the main building with a wonderful view overlooking the poll and MS River. All their rooms are nonsmoking and I would def request the main building where the lobby and restuarant are located. The room was... hva folk sier » reasonablty priced in comparison to comparable hotels - in fact less than the HI Express or Hampton Inn - both of which are "newer" hotels. Nice poo - The staff were very accomodating and friendly. We were able to get a room with a river view and the room itself was perfect for our needs. The full breakfast that is included in the rate was different each morning and they were delicious. The gentleman who waited on us each morning was always very welcoming and the service provided was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay again.

  Marjorie, the owner could not have done enough for us. She absolutely made our stay. She has lived at Glenfield the most beautiful plantation house, all her life and her knowledge of local history and facilities was amazing. We loved our stay and would like to have taken Marjorie home. Natchez is a great place! She enjoyed sharing the history of the family home and of Natchez. She showed us around the home and made us very comfortable in our room, lighting the fireplace to take the chill off.   I hadn't been in Natchex since 1952. Trust me. It was much different then. I came back for a funeral. The location of the hotel gave me access to all the sights and sounds of the city. Great experience. I think I'm moving back home. - The morning staff was great . The lady was as sweet as could be .
