The staff are friendly and efficient . During my stay I had a back pain and stayed for 4 days in bed . The spa therapist ,Maureen was an angel and took good care... hva folk sier » of me . I actually appreciated the open atmosphere here - no hovering staff! Everything was easily accessible without requi - The rooms were comfortable. The breakfast was good; included an assortment of breads, muffins, cold cereal, hard boiled eggs, a waffle machine to make your own waffles, and fresh fruit. Coffee, tea, and juices were included. The hotel is walking distance to the beach, but the hotel provides a shuttle service 10AM-12-2PM-4PM. Also close to the Mercato (restaurants and a movie theatre) and to 5th Ave.

  Our front desk person was super friendly and very helpful across the board. She recommended great restaurants and overall made our stay that much more comfortable and enjoyable. Her name is Hope. If it wasn't for her our stay would have been average but she made the difference for us so much that we will return to both Naples and to DoubleTree. - ... hva folk sier » I've stayed at hotels 4 to 5 times more expensive, yet this was equal or better then all of them!!!
