  The hotel is very comfortable and the rooms are well finished. The hotel is well-located in town, near all the shops and amenities in Manitou Springs. We stayed in a studio and found it to have everything we needed and plenty of space. I didn't try out the heated toilet seat though. Dinner in the hotel restaurant is to be recommended. The food is ... hva folk sier » great and the wine list extensive. We chose a wine from Colorado, with the sommelier's help, and it proved to be great. - The hotel is excellent. It is a bit expensive with add on charges (just tell me the price and don't hand me a bunch of service fees that are nothing more than a higher price for the room disguised as tips for the staff-I am pretty sure the staff never see a penny of the service fees). This hotel is really clean, quiet, has an excellent staff and an excellent restaurant(s).

  The view is fantastic! The restaurant serves wonderful food, again, with a spectacular view of the mountains. I took a swim in their heated outdoor pool, and while it was brisk, it still felt fantastic. Again, a great view of the mountains. We will definitely go back there. - Loved the fact that we had booked early and were upgraded based on this... hva folk sier » availability ....and it was my birthday, so the timing of this was great! Might be interested in membership possibly...does it make sense living in/driving from Fort Collins?
