Guest must also sign a release of liability form that comes with the vacation rental contract. All reservations are subjected to a 90 day cancel policy. There is no refund if cancelations are made after 90 days. If cancelations are made prior to 90 days, there is a refund minus any credit card, bank or booking.com commission fees. Guests will receive a separate confirmation email from property management and guests will be met at the door for check in. Please note: Credit card payments are subject to service charges (4.2% of the total amount charged) to be deducted from the deposit during refund. A security deposit of a minimum of USD 500 amount is required for incidentals, damages, accidents or extra utilities. The deposit is refundable 21 days after departure date and subject to a damage inspection, extra cleaning fees, or extra utilities of the accommodation.
