There was a couple sunbathing by the pool, and the terrace area was very well kept. An envelope with my name was taped to the office door welcoming me, and as I was reading it, Lana, the owner came and greeted me. Check-in was a breeze and she informed me that she lived on the property so if I needed anything she was available, which was comforting.   I have never stayed anywhere, where my room was so close to the ocean! We stayed in a King room on the 5th floor and it was spacious, clean and had a lovely view from the balcony. Although the mattress was soft, we did have a comfortable sleep. The beach was never crowded and there were more than enough beach chairs to go around. All in all, very pleased with our choice. Would definitely go back if in FLL again. Loved the pool and the beautiful flowers in the courtyard.

  My husband and I just returned from our stay at the Sealord and miss it already! Staff couldn't be more helpful and pleasant and the location is ideal! Very walkable but also the Pelican Hopper is free transportation and very good. People all over are extremely friendly and we felt very safe here.
