  The bed was about as crisp, clean, and comfortable as could be imagined. That is job 1 - a good night's sleep. I rate it 10/10. Everything else is gravy. - The room was clean, good size, convenient, confortable. The hotel is well located; there were shops and good restaurants nearby.

  When I arrived at 11pm, Ed at the front desk ensured I was happy with my room when the Firestone was not to my liking. Also, Olga, the chief housekeeper ensured that an additional item I needed for the bath due to an old injury, was provided.
