  I was truly pleased with this particular location. We are a middle aged couple who just decided to take off midweek for a quick trip to the cape/Newport etc. Staff was so friendly, helpful and courteous. Stayed in the older area "Land Mark Hotel Loved It and heard the newer constructed are across the way where the pools and hot tub and roof top h... hva folk sier » ot tub along with fire pit is beautiful. King Suites with ability to close off your bedroom, frig, sinks, micros washers and dryers what more could yo - Upon arrival the concierge paid attention to our personal trip plans and upgraded our 2 queen room to a king room with full 2 person jacuzzi for the same price - it totally changed the whole trip for us - we hardly ever left the room!! We were within 2 minutes walking distance to some of the best food in newport - and the beach was right across the street

  If you are looking for luxury than look somewhere else. But, if you are looking for a clean hotel for about $130 a night than this place is just about perfect. The room was clean, and a fairly good size. The staff is attentive, and at the same time unobtrusive. Nice touch. The location is excellent. There were several pl - Everything. Room was very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Breakfast was help yourself and they had tried to think of everything you could possible need. Hotel is located very near the beach and there are a few restaurants right near by.
