  The service at this Hotel ranked up there with service we have received at luxury chains. The hotel is right on the Univ. of Houston campus and thus ran by students.   Staff on reception, were excellent, extremely welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. Definitely would stay there again. The bed (12th Floor) so comfy a real treat! - I enjoyed the resturant a variety of food buffet. My husnand and i loved it. Everyone was polite and helpful. We would stay here again.
