  Hotel was very clean. Room was furnished well, bed was very comfortable, plenty of towels in the bathroom. Breakfast was quite good, coffee was excellent. - I love the room rate I got for a king size suite. The room was perfect size, clean, and the breakfast was awesome.

  Room was very clean and spacious. Location was also excellent as well as the complimentary shuttles to Disneyworld and Universal Orlando. Guest service and front desks did help us whenever we needed something, now matter how big or small. Guest laundry a big bonus! - Everiyhing was excellent

Have pick-up services to Universal Studios (but only once a day), it will give more value to customers if they can provide more often shuttle, not only to Universal but maybe to Premium Outl... hva folk sier » et or Disneyworld as well. - The staff was really friendly, the breakfast had a lot of variety, with fruits, waffle makers and different types of breads. The location is great, very close to the Universal parks and pretty close to everything else. We didn't take longer than 20 mins (with traffic) to go anywhere we wanted. Great stay for family who wants to enjoy the parks.
